Code Of Conduct

A moot court is an extracurricular activity at Law Schools in which participants take part in simulated court proceedings, which usually involves drafting memorials or memoranda and participating in oral argument. It is a method of teaching law and legal skills that requires a student to analyze and argue both sides of hypothetical legal issues using procedures modelled after those employed in state and federal appellate courts.

The Bongaigaon Law College consists of a moot court with the well designed facilities required to hold such court proceedings involving drafting memorials or memoranda with regular activities from the law students improving their legal and practical skills.
